We recently used Phil for inspections as second time home buyers. The difference between Phil and the home inspector we used for our first house was such a night and day difference. As a home buyer, you absolutely want an inspector like Phil. He was extremely thorough. He took his time showing us everything and gave us his absolute honest opinions, he does not rush through just to get the job done. We also had a chaotic day because our septic inspection was in the same day and there was a mix up. I wasn’t able to be at the entire home inspection like I had planned to be because I have four small children.
